Legacy would be nothing without our amazing coaches. And when you join us, we’ll assign one of our experienced team as your permanent personal mentor, guiding, inspiring and monitoring you all the way. Our consistent support is the rock you build on.
TRAINING TO MATCH YOUR GOALS
Who you are and what you want to achieve are the basis for your fitness journey. And it starts with your initial assessment, which comprises some tech: a body composition scan, and a good chat: getting to know you and your goals. Then it’s about regular reviews to make sure you’re on track.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
The benefits of personal training are proven. But what beats it is the extra dimension of a small group. You get the individual attention of a dedicated coach, plus the fun and encouragement of exercising with others. And it really works. Our trialists and full members can book up to three sessions a week.
HIGH-TEMPO CIRCUIT CLASSES
Designed to complement your personal training sessions, our circuit classes offer an intense workout for larger groups. Run by an expert coach, and making the most of our state-of-the-art equipment, they’ll definitely get the blood pumping. You can book a maximum of two classes each week.
EXPERT NUTRITION ADVICE
Food is one of the foundations of fitness. Adopting the best diet to match your training and target your goals is crucial. We’ll give you the advice that’s right for you and provide ongoing support to maintain the habits that will serve you for a lifetime.
A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
Legacy members are bonded by their shared experiences and the banter that turns serious work into serious fun. And our outside activities and social events help nurture a sense of belonging. Members say they cherish their gym time and miss the family spirit when they’re not here.
