Completely. The majority of women who join us have little or no experience with weights. Our coaches start with the basics, teach you correct technique from day one and build your programme at a pace that works for your body and your confidence. There is no expectation that you arrive knowing what you’re doing. That’s what we’re here for.

I’M JUGGLING WORK AND FAMILY. HOW DOES THIS FIT INTO A BUSY LIFE?

Sessions are 45 minutes, bookable in advance through the Mindbody app. You can train up to three times a week and plan around school runs, work commitments and everything else your week involves. Most of our members block their sessions the same way they block anything else that matters. Once the habit forms, it becomes the part of the week they’re most reluctant to give up.

I’M OVER 40 AND FEEL LIKE MY BODY HAS CHANGED. CAN PERSONAL TRAINING STILL WORK FOR ME?

Yes, and this is exactly when it matters most. Strength training becomes increasingly important as women move through their 40s and 50s, supporting bone density metabolism, energy and mood. Our coaches are experienced at working with women at every life stage and every programme is built around where you are now, not where you think you should be.
