Walk into a Legacy SGPT session and you’ll notice something most gyms can’t offer: a room where everyone’s rooting for each other. Your group is small, two to four people, max. Your coach knows your name, your goals and your dodgy left knee. And the people you train with? They become the reason you don’t hit snooze.

One-to-one personal training works. Until life gets in the way. Sessions get cancelled. Costs spiral. And without anyone alongside you, it’s too easy to quietly let it slide. That’s why we do things differently.

HOW IT WORKS
Every SGPT session at Legacy runs for 45 minutes. Your group is capped at four people, your coach is with you the entire time and the programme is built around you, not a generic template.

You can train up to three times a week. Sessions are bookable in advance through the Legacy app, so you can plan around work, family and everything else life throws at you.

Solo training is easy to quit. Cancel once and it’s easy to cancel again. But when two or three people are expecting you at 6am, you show up. And when you show up, you train. It’s that simple. One-to-one personal training costs what it costs. For many people, the sessions that would make a real difference, two or three times a week, aren’t financially sustainable long-term. No. Most of our members come to us having not trained in years, or having tried other gyms and not got on with them. Our coaches are experienced at working with people at every level and every programme starts where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to show up.
