Every SGPT session at Legacy runs for 45 minutes. Your group is capped at four people, your coach is with you the entire time and the programme is built around you, not a generic template.

The programme is built around you. It has the energy of a group session and the focus of one-to-one coaching. That’s what makes it different.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT BEFORE I START?

No. Most of our members come to us having not trained in years, or having tried other gyms and not got on with them. Our coaches are experienced at working with people at every level and every programme starts where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to show up.
