Sessions are capped at four people. You train with the same small group, guided by the same coach, week after week. The accountability isn’t something you have to manufacture. It’s already built in.

Every session runs for 45 minutes. Bookable in advance around your schedule, three times a week if you want. Enough to change how you feel. Not so much that life gets in the way.

HOW DOES THE TRIAL WORK?

Our introductory trial runs for 21 days. It includes nine Personal Training sessions and a full STYKU body composition scan, giving you a clear picture of where you’re starting from. It costs £99, with no contract or obligation beyond the trial itself.

I’VE TRIED GYMS BEFORE AND NEVER STUCK AT IT. WHY WOULD THIS BE ANY DIFFERENT?

Because Legacy isn’t a gym in the traditional sense. There are no rows of treadmills, no anonymous membership and no leaving you to figure it out on your own. Every member gets a dedicated coach, a programme built around them and a small group of people who expect them to show up. That combination changes everything. Most of our members tried and stopped elsewhere before they found us.

I’M NOT FIT ENOUGH TO START YET.

This is the most common thing we hear and it’s never been true. Members join Legacy at every starting point – some returning after years away, some coming for the first time, some carrying injuries or health concerns they’ve had for a long time. Your coach builds the programme around where you actually are. There is no minimum fitness requirement. There is just a starting point, and everyone has one.

The people who train at Legacy are at different stages and have different goals. What they share is a genuine willingness to show up for each other. Most new members tell us they stopped worrying about this within the first session.

I HAVEN’T GOT ENOUGH TIME TO COMMIT TO A GYM.

Sessions are 45 minutes. You book them in advance through the Legacy app around your own schedule and you can train up to three times a week. Most members find that once the habit forms, Legacy becomes the part of the week they protect most. The time was always there. It just needed a reason to be used.
