HOW IS LEGACY DIFFERENT FROM A NORMAL GYM?
At a normal gym you get a fob and a floor plan. At Legacy you get a dedicated personal coach, a programme built around your goals and sessions with a small group of two to four people. Your coach watches every session, corrects your form, adjusts your programme when something isn’t working and knows your name. It’s a different experience from the first day.
I’M OVER 40 AND HAVEN’T TRAINED PROPERLY IN YEARS. IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes, and you’re not the exception. You’re the rule. The majority of men who join Legacy are in exactly that position. Our coaches are experienced at working with men who are returning after a long break, dealing with old injuries, or starting from scratch. Every programme begins where you actually are. No pressure, no judgment, no expectation that you arrive fit.
I’VE GOT NO TIME. HOW DOES THIS FIT AROUND WORK AND FAMILY?
Sessions are 45 minutes. You can train up to three times a week and book in advance through the Mindbody app, so you plan around your schedule rather than the other way round. Most of our members treat their sessions the same way they treat a work meeting: scheduled, non-negotiable and done before the day gets away from them.
